Refunds or returns will not be accepted if furniture cannot be delivered due to size constraints. Customers are encouraged to review product dimensions carefully before placing an order.
- Package Dimensions: Package dimensions for all items can be provided upon request to assist in determining if the furniture will fit through the intended entry points.
5.2 Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact FurniFlair Customer Service at Support@FurniFlair.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your item with your order number and reason for return.

5.3 Return Shipping Costs
